Abstract
The study was conducted prospectively from 2023 to 2026 at the Clinic of Tashkent State University and the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Center of Pediatrics. A total of 50 children were included: 30 had COVID-19, and 20 had not.
The children underwent clinical monitoring, laboratory, and immunological examinations, including complete blood count, CRP, ESR, Interleukin-6, ANA, D-dimer, echocardiography (ECHO), electrocardiography (ECG), and abdominal ultrasound. The results showed that children who had COVID-19 experienced more severe systemic vasculitis, with higher inflammatory and immunological activity, and more frequent complications. These findings highlight the need for thorough clinical and immunological monitoring of such patients.
