Abstract

Zamonaviy oliy ta’lim tizimida talabalar nafaqat akademik vazifalarni muvaffaqiyatli bajarishlari, balki oila a’zolari oldidagi majburiyatlarni ham ado etishlari talab etiladi. O‘qish jarayoni va oilaviy mas’uliyatlarning bir vaqtning o‘zida to‘qnash kelishi talabalarda vaqtni boshqarish qiyinchiliklari, ruhiy bosim va motivatsiyaning pasayishiga olib kelishi mumkin. Shu bilan birga, oila tomonidan ko‘rsatiladigan emotsional va moddiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash talabalarning akademik faolligi hamda o‘zlashtirish darajasini oshiruvchi muhim omil sifatida qaraladi.
