Abstract
This article will develop a green infrastructure-based local regional planning strategy for the west-north regions of Karakalpakstan. The research focuses on the issues of analyzing the impact of urbanization processes on ecological balance, effective use of existing landscape and natural resources, integration of green infrastructure elements into urban planning practices. The concept of green infrastructure is seen as an important tool in sustainable development, climatic flexibility and increasing the standard of living of the population.
